Amber

This is Amber, a portrait created with acrylics and water-based cold wax, giving it rich textures and soft, transparent layers. What makes Amber unique is the addition of rust powder, which adds earthy, organic textures.

I always start with an abstract background and Amber emerged gradually from my textured layers. The cold wax softens the edges, creating a beautiful matte finish that contrasts beautifully with the rust.

This girl has to be framed. I personally prefer to use a standard size off-white mat/passpartout and use a frame without glass. However, she can also be framed under glass as per your preference.
